My Yoga Journey

For me, yoga creates a sense of quiet and calm that I often didn't find in my day. 
I attended my first class over 10 years ago and the benefits of the practice were instant and numerous.  For years, I would go to yoga sessions around my full time career schedule and spend all my off-days practicing at home. I struggled to find the right balance between work, family and my practice. With time and through regular yoga practice, my body became stronger, more flexible and mentally I felt happier, calmer and more centered.
In an attempt to expand my own knowledge and practice, I became certified to teach in July 2017 (RYT 200) with Yoga London and my passion for sharing yoga took over. In January 2020, I  continued my advanced certification in Yin Yoga and Anatomy.  
I hope to inspire others to share my passion, helping my students walk away feeling relaxed and refreshed.
